Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted at the Dolce & Gabbana flagship boutique opening on Robertson Boulevard in Beverly Hills, on December 15.
She looked very cute in a Dolce & Gabbana black chiffon bubble skirt.
"Wearing mini skirts with opaque tights has been my thing this winter," Nicole said.
She accessorized with Yves Saint Laurent pumps and her Miu Miu bag.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted taking their daughter Harlow to a children’s party in Hollywood yesterday, December 14.
She opted again for the black and white combination and paired a coat with a dress, tights and wedges.
In related Nicole news, it seems that Nicole isn’t getting diamonds for Christmas from boyfriend Joel Madden.
"I have no clue right now what I’m getting her, but I think it’s going to have to be creative. "She appreciates more of the creative rather than something like a diamond. She’s not really into diamonds."
They're planning on having a low-key holiday with family and friends at home in Los Angeles. Madden said he's turned down many offers to deejay out-of-town New Year's parties.
"I'd have to bring Nicole and the baby, so it would have to be a pretty amazing deal for me to leave."I deejay all the time, but New Year's is one of those things where I want to be with my family."

The official footwear launch for K-DCMA

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden hosted the official footwear launch for K-DCMA at the DCMA flagship store in Los Angeles on Saturday, December 13.
She spiced up her all black outfit with a leopard print scarf.
Nicole completed her look with a pair of Christian Dior Extreme cutout sandals and a Balenciaga wristlet with giant hardware.

Nicole and Harlow out in LA

Nicole Richie took her little daughter Harlow, out for a day on the town, on December 13.
According to a poll taken on the popular website BabyNames.com Harlow has been voted the best baby girl name of 2008.
"The celebrities did pretty well this year in baby naming," says BabyNames.com founder and CEO Jennifer Moss. "Harlow Winter Kate is a glamorous name, without being too unusual."
Recently, Nicole opened up to USA Today about the joys of motherhood with baby Harlow, telling:
"Obviously, the birth of my daughter is the best thing ever. Just in general, it’s been a really great year for me. Everything is coming together. All of my dreams are becoming a reality."

These cuffs where designed in the early 80s by Fernandis and they have a gorgeous quilted and textured design.

Nicole Richie was spotted in Hollywood, on December 12. She took her daughter to the playground, where she played on the swings.
So sweet! Nicole is such a great mum and Harlow is just adorable.
Yummy mummy Nicole looked cute with her hair pulled back and dressed down in skinny jeans and a black top over a white tee.
She completed her outfit with flat red boots, a pair of aviators and a scarf.
