Nicole Richie and her boyfriend Joel Madden were spotted out in Los Angeles at La Conversation, on March 6.
Nicole kept her outfit simple and casual starting with a pair of Jet skinny jeans and a cropped leather jacket over a patterned top. Next, Miss Richie chose some comfy Lanvin flats, a pair of sunglasses, a pretty scarf and her Chanel Chain mail bag.

Looking completely stunning, like a greek godess, Nicole Richie launched her jewelry line House Of Harlow 1960 at Kitson on Robertson Blvd. in West Hollywood yesterday, March 7.
The jewelry designer wore a stunning white flowy dress made by Larissa Williams and gladiator sandals.
Nicole accessorized with tons of rings, necklaces and bracelets from her own collection.
Sporting long wavy hair, Miss Richie finished off her look with an exquisite headpiece.

Who wore Chloe better?

Rachel Bilson was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, back in December 2008 wearing a pair of Chloe CL 2161 sunglasses.
Nicole Richie wore the same pair of sunnies this week when she went out for lunch with Joel and Harlow.
This is a very hard decision, as both fashionistas look cute, but I will give it to Nicole.
