Interviewed by Harper's Bazaar, Sofia, Nicole Richie's sister, said that Nicole is the best smelling person she knows.

So, Nicole uses a mix of essential oils. 

"Essential oils are a favorite of mine for their natural healing effects", Nicole told New York Magazine.

 And they're also great to make your own signature scent. Looking at her Honey Minx collection launched in 2018, I assume she prefers roses, jasmine, lavender and eucalyptus. 

The perfume that Nicole has been wearing since 7th grade is Quelques fleurs L'Original by Houbigant.
