The cutest mom was spotted taking her children Harlow and Sparrow on a stroller ride in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, on Monday afternoon March 1.
Nicole went with her typical casual look, pairing a basic grey tank top with a Winter Kate silk bed jacket and denim shorts.
Miss Richie finished her outfit with a pair of oversized Ray Ban aviator glasses and Havaianas flip flops.

Nicole out in Paris

Last week Nicole Richie was in Paris, at the Galeries Lafayette, to promote her Winter Kate clothing line.
Nicole took son Sparrow, 5 months, along for the trip, leaving fiance Joel Madden at home in LA with their daughter Harlow.

I just discovered a new House of Harlow 1960 fan: Lisa Rinna.
The actress attended the Much Love Animal Rescue Event in Beverly Hills, back in October 2009 wearing a black belted tunic by Karen Zambos that she accessorized with three Nicole Richie designs - two Aztec bangles, with black and white leather, and a black leather starburst pendant necklace.
