Nicole at Neil George Salon
Nicole Richie seen on March 15 at the Neil George Salon. She wears a long black skirt, I think it's the same Dries van Noten skirt that she wore back in October, a white t-shirt, Alexander Wang cropped leather jacket, a Balenciaga bag, red heart-shaped sunnies and a new "H" necklace.
