Miss Richie was spotted with Joel Madden in West Hollywood, on August 5. For her outfit Nicole chose a mini dress from Urban Outfitters and accessorized with Azzedine Alaia flat sandals, a beaded necklace and Ray Ban aviator sunglasses.

It's the Kimchi Blue Sleeveless Printed Tunic. The colour Nicole is wearing seems to be sold out now. I have the same as Nicole but i live in the UK. Hope this has helped!!
