Yesterday, April 24, Nicole Richie attended the NBC "Fashion star" event at the H&M flagship store in New York City.
The designer wore a Winter Kate fall 2012 dress teamed with House of Harlow 1960 jewelry and Brian Atwood "Maniac" satin pumps.
