She paired her Ella Moss Papillon silk wrap dress with kimono style sleeves ($248)with a House of Harlow 1960 Rey bag (available for pre-order here for $148) in black velvet and Givenchy studded sandals.

Nicole Richie attended the Ella Moss 10 year anniversary celebration at Eveleigh in West Hollywood, on July 28.
The designer looked stunning with a sassy side braid and fuchsia lipstick.
Nicole opted to wear an Ella Moss Papillon silk dress, Givenchy studded sandals and carried a lovely House of Harlow 1960 "Rey" bag.
