Nicole at Nanette Lepore, Marchesa and Proenza Schouler fall 2010

Nicole Richie was spotted arriving at the Nanette Lepore fall 2010 fashion show, at the Marchesa presentation and attending the Proenza Schouler fall 2010 show as part of Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week, on February 17.
Everyone focused on Nicole's left hand to see her gorgeous engagement ring.
Celebrity jeweler Neil Lane revealed he was commissioned by Nicole and Joel to design the band:
"Nicole wanted a beautiful, special ring and wanted to be intimately involved in the design," he said.

In Nicole's closet: House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate

While out in New York City Nicole Richie wore a Winter Kate chiffon kimono dress and a pair of drool worthy House of Harlow 1960 "Pearl" peep toe pumps with pearl gold highlight and a leather cross stitch detail to heel.
"The corset stitching is something you'll see in my fall jewelry designs too", Nicole told InStyle magazine.

Last night she debuted her spring 2010 collection of Winter Kate at Bloomingdale's in New York.
The fashion designer wore a fabulous Winter Kate black lace vest.
I really liked this look because it is a change from what we have been seeing lately.

After leaving her hotel in New York City on Tuesday afternoon, February 16, Nicole Richie headed to Bloomingdales to launch her clothing collection Winter Kate.
For her appearance Nicole dressed casually in Erin Wasson X RVCA denim shorts with tights underneath, a white shirt and a Winter Kate "Dylan" lace vest.
Miss Richie accessorized with her big diamond ring and Christian Louboutin "Miss" booties.
Loose waves and a black manicure completed her look.
