Nicole and Joel at Burger bar

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted going out to lunch at West Hollywood's 8 Oz. Burger bar, on January 2.
Going for a very stylish look, Nicole rocked a chic black coat.
To complete this ensemble Miss Richie opted for her precious Balenciaga "City" bag, Christian Louboutin Mary Janes and a pair of round logo Chanel sunglasses.
Honestly, I don't think I'm really liking her shades, but they're kind of cool and she manages to pull them off well.

Kelly Osbourne wearing House of Harlow 1960

Back in December 2009 Kelly Osbourne attended the Famous stars and straps 10th anniversary and Snoop Dogg's 10th album release "Malice N Wonderland" party at Vanguard, in Hollywood, California.
She was photographed wearing three Nicole Richie creations from her House of Harlow 1960 holiday collection.
Kelly accessorized her outfit with a pair of red cabochon earrings with black side stones and two cabochon stone bangles in red and black.
She is the first celebrity, other than Nicole herself, to be photographed with a piece from the new collection.

Nicole previews her year and clothing line

"With every year I always try and learn something new and grow gracefully, and that's just kind of my rule for every year," Nicole Richie said Thursday while hosting a party with boyfriend Joel Madden at Lavo in Las Vegas.
As for how 2010 should shape up, "I have a lot of projects coming," she said. "I have my television project, I have my clothing line Winter Kate coming out, my shoe line coming out … so it's going to be a big work year for me."
Winter Kate is set to launch in the spring. Regarding its look, "I just like to throw something on and have it be comfortable but have it look good at the same time. That was really what I was aiming for," says Richie.
So her clothing line, she said, will be "loose and easy … I'm really inspired by the '60s and '70s, and pull inspiration from everything, from music to different people of the past. You're going to see a lot of peacock and leopard print and things like that."
