On October 19, Nicole Richie made an appearance at Baldwin and Co. bookstore in New Orleans with her friend, writer Cleo Wade.
Nicole wore a vintage maxi lurex dress from the '70s accessorized with a 18k gold and emerald double tassel diamond earrings made by Jamie Mizrahi.
