HOH LOCAL

House of Harlow 1960 introduces HOH LOCAL, a collection created, designed and manufactured all within the city of Los Angeles. 

Nicole Richie worked in collaboration with LA based artist @anthoulalaa to design the first collection, the MOD EYE.
