Nicole at the Ocean Drive magazine cover party

Nicole Richie attended the Ocean Drive magazine cover party at Shelborne on March 20, in Miami Beach, Florida.
The designer stepped out with a new strawberry blond hair color.
She looked hot in a Todd Lynn spring 2011 mini dress with snake print sleeves.
The simple dress was paired with Louboutin heels, House of Harlow 1960 jewelry and "Marley" clutch.
