Out for sushi

Nicole Richie went out to dinner with Benji Madden at Matsuhisa restaurant, on February 24.
She rocked her Simone leather jacket with a Winter Kate "Thistle" silk cami, black jeans, House of Harlow 1960 "Chelsea" sunglasses and Christian Louboutin pumps.
