Nicole and Benji in Studio City

Nicole Richie was spotted with Benji Madden in Studio City, yesterday, May 1.
For her outing Miss Richie dressed comfortably in her Kimchi Blue chiffon dress.
Nicole accessorized with Ray Ban aviator sunglasses and flat sandals.
