House of Harlow 1960 is set to launch handbags for spring next year after expanding into sunglasses and footwear this year.
Forty to 50 styles, priced from $295 to $595, are planned for the debut handbag collection in 2011.
Nicole is wearing the 'tilda' skirt from her fall winter kate collection which she also wore to her appearence in Seattle.
