After hosting a lavish New Year's bash in Las Vegas Nicole Richie was photographed going out for a coffe with her boyfriend Joel and the adorable Harlow at her side, on January 1.

    cute outfit here too. she is really making ugg boots look good rather than trashy. she knows how to wear them well.
