I have been missing Nicole. She hasn't been photographed much lately. Browsing through my "Nicole Richie style" folder I found an old collage with some of Nicole's headscarves. A quick fix for bad hair days.
As we can see Nicole loves the 70s boho vibe and looks super-adorable wearing them.
I was temped to try one myself, but they always slip off my head and I look like a maid:)
nicole is pretty with hairband style. Loving her style look :))
ReplyDeleteUse a regular cotton bandana (not silk). Fold it over a few times and that should stay in place. I also helps if you have thicker or courser hair.
ReplyDeleteHead scarves just dont work on me - my hair is too fine :( Nicole looks great though - good post.

For all things fashion:

If you REALLY want the look superglue clips to the bandanna and hook them to your hair
ReplyDeleteshe looks cute even with bad hair days..i wear scarves a lot too but they always slip off and i have to readjust..wonder how she gets hers to stay on
ReplyDeleteI have tried the cotton bandana but it doesn't look so good on me
ReplyDeletehi mary, do you know what sunglasses Nicole richie is wearing in the last two scarf pics? The oversized black ones? they're kinda cool.
ReplyDeleteHi lani, I don't know who designed them, but I found a similar pair, if that helps

I wear bandannas all the time. I have coarser hair and I tie them on the tight side. Don't use conditioner if you want it to stay in. Conditioner is all full of chemicals anyways
