In Nicole's closet: 3.1 Phillip Lim

Nicole Richie appears on the cover of Japanese magazine Blenda wearing a beautiful 3.1 Phillip Lim vest.
Her fans will remember that Nicole wore this Phillip Lim vest for her appearance on TRL, back in November 2005.

    wow she was a stick back then, too too skinny, but her face is just as beautiful now as it was back then. Love her!
