Nicole, Harlow and Joel out to lunch

Nicole Richie, her curly cutie and Joel Madden out to lunch, on May 3.
She went for a casual look, starting with a white cardigan over a V-neck t-shirt.
Next up was a pair of denim cut off shorts, sunglasses and her studded moccasins.
