On December 7 Nicole Richie was in New York City to attended JCPenney’s Jacques Penne holiday boutique pop-up shop opening celebration.
To this event she wore a velvet suit, a striped blouse, Celine booties and carried a $19 black sequin clutch from Tracee Ellis Ross' collection for JCPenney.
