Let's take a look back at Nicole's pretty radical hair transformations this year.
At the beginning of 2015 she rocked a turquoise bob 

The Pixie short cut was a spur-of-the-moment decision. 

"I was at home one day, [Andy Lecompte and I] had the music going, and it kind of just happened. It was on a random Tuesday. It was very spur of the moment", Nicole told PEOPLE.

Platinum blonde. The inspiration for this new look was "Edie Sedgwick goes to the beach"

Earlier this month Nicole debuted a new hue - gray with blue and purple highlights.

For her outfit she chose a combination of white and silver styled with a Rodarte chocker necklace, a House of Harlow 1960 cuff and Spectrum cocktail ring, Balenciaga shoes and the "Lutetia" clutch from Saint Laurent.

Nicole Richie was seen out and about in Los Angeles with a friend on Wednesday, December 2.
Style: Nicole wore a White + Warren lace up V neck cashmere sweater with L'Agence "Chantal" jeans and studded Converse sneakers.
