Guests included Demi Moore, Kate Hudson, Brian Atwood, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.
Nicole wore a Winter Kate "Everclear" vintage silk dress.

Yesterday she sported a Silence & Noise wool tulip coat with cropped leggings, a scarf, Thierry Lasry sunglasses, Nike sneakers and a Yves Saint Laurent "Muse" bag.

Paris Hilton arrived at "The Late Show with David Letterman" in a maxi dress accessorized with House of Harlow 1960 jewelry.
The birthday girl (she turned 30 yesterday) wore the tribal wrap ring in turquoise and the feather stations necklace.
Nicole sent a message to Paris on Twitter, wishing her a "Happy Birthday".
