There are a few bags that Nicole Richie can't seem to live without - her Balenciaga "City", her vintage python clutch and this Gucci box style clutch.

She looked absolutely amazing in a stunning maxi dress from Etro's spring 2010 collection.
I personally loved this dress on Nicole. She paired it with her Christian Louboutin "Very prive" peep toe pumps.

On January 5, Nicole Richie was spotted with Paris Hilton at Nicky Hilton's house for a get together to mourn the loss of Casey Johnson, their childhood friend.
The fashionista has been photographed wearing these perforated leather Oxford style shoes.
