Nicole Richie was spotted at a bachelorette party (it was rumored to have been Nicole's bachelorette party). with a group of friends including Christina Aguilera and Samantha Ronson, in Mexico, on September 19.
I don't know know if she is still smoking or is just a fake cigarette.
Nicole wore a black lace bunny ears headband and a House of Harlow 1960 cluster ring .
