Winter Kate launch at Holt Renfrew in Montreal

Yesterday, February 18, Nicole Richie debuted her Winter Kate ready-to-wear collection and the new collection of House of Harlow 1960 at Holt Renfrew in Montreal, Canada.
For her appearance Nicole tucked a Winter Kate "Lily" tunic into a pair of cut-off denim shorts by Erin Wasson X RVCA and added a Winter Kate Hudson raw-cut leather vest.
She finished off her look with a pair of opaque black tights, Christian Louboutin booties, a hat and a House of Harlow 1960 gold peacock feather enameled locket pendant.

In Nicole's closet: Marchesa

Nicole Richie attended the Marchesa fall 2010 presentation during the Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week, on February 17.
The style icon wore a stunning Marchesa fall 2009 lace gown with gold ribbon detail.
She paired the dress with a Winter Kate "Harlow" leather jacket in jet and Christian Louboutin "Miss" suede booties.

Nicole and Joel out in NYC

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted out to dinner in New York City last night, February 17.
She picked a black coat over her Winter Kate "Jasmine" cardigan, in ivory, with a "Frankie" royal plumage print, Jet by John Eshaya patchwork jeans, and then accessorized with a grey and white scarf and her Chanel lunch box-style vintage bag.
To finish up her look, the designer grabbed a fantastic pair of Christian Louboutin "Miss" suede booties.

Nicole Richie was spotted arriving at the Nanette Lepore fall 2010 fashion show, at the Marchesa presentation and attending the Proenza Schouler fall 2010 show as part of Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week, on February 17.
Everyone focused on Nicole's left hand to see her gorgeous engagement ring.
Celebrity jeweler Neil Lane revealed he was commissioned by Nicole and Joel to design the band:
"Nicole wanted a beautiful, special ring and wanted to be intimately involved in the design," he said.
