Arriving at David Letterman's show

Nicole Richie was photographed arriving at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York for the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday, February 15.
The style icon looked amazing in a Herve Leger figure-hugging bandage mini dress.
She paired her dress with the "Rooney" gladiator sandals from her House of Harlow 1960 footwear line and proudly showed off her diamond engagement ring.
During the taping of the "Late Show with David Letterman" Nicole announced that she and Joel Madden are going to make it official and get married.
Nicole and Joel, who started dating in December 2006, are planning to wed this summer.
I'm glad they are finally marrying!

After the show, Nicole and Joel headed to the New York restaurant Abe & Arthurs for dinner.

Kelly Osbourne wearing House of Harlow 1960

Kelly Osbourne must really like Nicole Richie's new jewelry collection because this is the second time that the English singer/actress has been photographed rocking House of Harlow 1960 jewelry.
Two days ago she attended the Elise Overland fall/winter 2010 fashion show at Exit Art in New York City wearing two House of Harlow 1960 stack bangles.
If you all remember, Kelly has previously worn a pair of red cabochon earrings with black side stones and two cabochon stone bangles in red and black here.
