The skull scarf made its debut in Alexander McQueen's spring 2003 ready to wear collection. This silk scarf remained a must-have accessory for celebrities like Kate Moss, Lindsay Lohan, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Nicky Hilton and Nicole Richie.
Miss Richie has different color combinations and she wears them draped around her neck or as a headband.
