Nicole Richie was spotted visiting the Buzznet offices on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood on Friday, April 10, wearing a L'Agence long Henley dress.
The dress is light weight, soft, slightly sheer and can be purchased from Ron Herman for $235.

Petra Nemcova first wore this Dolce & Gabbana spring 2009 silk gown with floral appliqués when she appeared on the cover of Elle Russia in March 2009.
Nicole Richie wore the same dress on the cover of UK Glamour's April 2009 issue.
