Nicole Richie Fashion turns 17

Today, NICOLE RICHIE FASHION BLOG turns 17! 17 years, 4000+ articles. It's unbelivable! 

To mark this anniversary, special for me, as I've put a lot of work on this site, trying to keep it as one of the best sources for Nicole Richie's style, I wanted to share with you the outfit that made me become interested in her style. 

In 2007, I was flipping through a magazine and this outfit caught my attention. It was one of Nicole's trademark looks at that time: a pair of jeans worn with a simple top, a blazer and her favourite accessories - oversized sunglasses, an Alexander McQueen skull scarf, a Chanel leather and chain woven bracelet, one of her many Balenciaga "City" bags and comfy flats from Lanvin.

These photos were taken in February 2006 while Nicole was out and about in West Hollywood. 

Also, I wanted to reminisce about that time when Nicole and her team chose my blog as "the site of the week" 😇

Nicole Richie for Estee Lauder

Nicole Richie stars in Estee Lauder"s new ad campaign "Night Night Club", to promote their Advanced night repair serum, a new night cream and an overnight treatment. 

I'm so glad to see that Nicole is getting the attention that she deserves! 

The navy dress that she wears is by Gabriela Hearst. Earrings: House of Harlow 1960 "Skye".

In Nicole's closet: The Row

Nicole Richie and her friends, writers Cleo Wade and Jedidiah Jenkins, hosted a book swap salon and book bar at Apparatus in Los Angeles, yesterday, July 31.

To this event, Nicole wore the "Pascal" draped nude silk crepe maxi dress from The Row (currently on sale on matchesfashion.com) with Khaite "Arizona" boots.
