Celebrating her 36th birthday

Nicole Richie celebrated her birthday surrounded by some of her closest friends.
The Kween turned 36 on September 21.

On Tuesday, September 19, Nicole Richie celebrated with Urban Decay the launch of their new mascara "Troublemaker".
She wore a smocked tie back blouse from Frame (available here) paired with Derek Lam 10 Crosby pinstripe pants and Jimmy Choo sandals

Nicole's second outfit included two poppy items from Ulla Johnson's latest collection - the Mara top with tiered ruffle sleeves and the Tatiana skirt.
