On June 29 Nicole Richie was photographed wearing a beautiful summery outfit.
Her yellow dress is House of Harlow 1960. "The Kate" is a loose fitting embroidered silk dress with overlay at bust and spaghetti straps. It will be available at the pop-up shop at The Grove and online for $225.
