Nicole Richie and Joel Madden took their kids Sparrow and Harlow shopping at Toys R Us in Centurry City on Tuesday, April 16.
She wore a pair of denim shorts with a simple tee, Simone leather jacket and House of Harlow 1960 "Kye" flats.
