Nicole supported her father at a concert set up in tribute to him - Lionel Richie and friends held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, on Monday, April 2.
She wore a self-designed yellow dress with black roses from her Winter Kate fall 2012 collection.
Nicole teamed the floor-length dress with a pair of starburst earrings from Meus and a House of Harlow 1960 "Val" clutch.
