Yesterday, May 12, Nicole Richie was in Toronto to celebrate TNT The New Trend's 20th anniversary on and to promote her lines.
The guest star wore a Winter Kate "Barbel" lace-trim black dress with Balenciaga peep-toe sandals.
I like her hair, the pony tail gives this look a youthful feel.
