This month she is touring with husband Joel Madden's band Good Charlotte.
Over the all black outfit Nicole added one of her vintage fur coats and carried her go to bag at the moment, a Givenchy "Nightingale".

She wore a Free City shirt with leggings, Nike sneakers, a black hat and then finished her ensemble off with a pair of House of Harlow 1960 "Charlotte" sunglasses.

Nicole Richie attended the 19th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing party at the Pacific Design Center on February 27.
She wore a Halston fall 2011 dress with cut-out details.
To accessorize Nicole added Ofira and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, Christian Louboutin "Numero prive" python shoes and carried a vintage clutch.
