With a new bright blonde 'do Nicole Richie was spotted arriving at a business meeting with her design team in Los Angeles, on Thursday, January 13.
She wore the "Harlequin" dress from her Winter Kate spring 2011 collection with a lightweight cardigan, a Chanel bag and House of Harlow 1960 jewelry - a feather row cuff and ring and a feather locket ring.

Nicole and her family out in Hollywood

Nicole Richie, her husband and their children, Sparrow and the birthday girl Harlow, who turned 3, were spotted out in Hollywood yesterday, January 11.
The designer wears a pair of House of Harlow 1960 "Maddie" moccasins in black.
