Nicole Richie and her fiance Joel Madden were spotted in downtown Los Angeles, California this weekend, at the Yo Gabba Gabba Live! concert with their adorable kids Harlow, 2, and son Sparrow, 1.
She wore a black jacket with white trim from her Winter Kate fall 2010 collection with a pair of Anlo "Brooke" skinny jeans.
