Out for traffic school

Nicole Richie was spotted out in Los Angeles for her court appointed traffic school, on September 10. Carrying a Balenciaga bag, she sported a pair of JET skinny jeans with a white Fluxus t-shirt, Ray Ban aviator shades and Givenchy sandals. Her peacock print scarf is Alexander McQueen.

Nicole out at Cipriani

After the Marc Jacobs spring 2009 fashion show Nicole met up with Mary Kate Olsen and Jennifer Lopez for dinner at the Cipriani Restaurant in downtown New York City, on September 8. The ladies were joined by Mary Kates’s boyfriend Nate Lowman, as well as LA Reid, Carlos Lopez and Benny Medina.
She wore a Marc Jacobs skirt, James Perse tank top, Pierre Hardy sandals, Balenciaga "City" bag and a crystal-embellished headwrap by Jennifer Behr.

Nicole Richie at the Proenza Schouler spring 2009 fashion show in Park Avenue Armory, on September 9. She sat in the front row with Mary Kate Olsen, her supposed enemy. Nicole was reportedly recently unhappy about Mary Kate's close friendship with Joel Madden.
