Miss Richie was spotted with Joel Madden in West Hollywood, on August 5. For her outfit Nicole chose a mini dress from Urban Outfitters and accessorized with Azzedine Alaia flat sandals, a beaded necklace and Ray Ban aviator sunglasses.
