Miss Richie was spotted with Joel Madden in West Hollywood, on August 5. For her outfit Nicole chose a mini dress from Urban Outfitters and accessorized with Azzedine Alaia flat sandals, a beaded necklace and Ray Ban aviator sunglasses.

Nicole was spotted shopping with Harlow and Joel in Santa Monica, on August 5. She wore a basic white t-shirt with a patterned scarf, jeans, flip flops and big sunnies.
