Nicole out at traffic school
Nicole Richie was spotted out for her weekly traffic school stop in Van Nuys on June 18. She wore vintage Christian Dior sunglasses, a red top over a black tank and rocked a pair of boots and Jet skinny jeans. Her bag is Balenciaga City in black.

"It’s great to celebrate women in the industry. To have all these leading ladies in one room is such a great opportunity," said Nicole Richie. Another seized opportunity? The vintage Missoni dress Richie found for the occasion. "I actually spotted it right away and I just knew," Richie said of her fashion find.
