She wore a Khaite off-shoulder ribbed top with a Saint laurent black mini skirt, Wolford tights, a white belted blazer, Balenciaga shoes and carried a vintage Gucci bag.

Yes, the skirt is Saint Laurent. Still trying to ID the jacket. The bag is vintage, but I don't know where is it from. Here are photos of Nicole in 2007 carrying this bag
