She was first spotted wearing them back in July 2014 with a blue tutu.

Filming "Candidly Nicole" at the Americana

Nicole Richie was spotted filming scenes for her VH1 TV show "Candidly Nicole" at the Americana in Glendale, California on April 24.
She wore a turtleneck with Levi's jeans and Celine shoes.
To keep her warm Nicole added a Stella McCartney furry coat over her Simone by Katie Nehra cropped leather jacket.
