In Nicole's closet: Penny Loves Kenny

Yesterday, May 14, Nicole Richie was spotted going to pick up her kids from a day care center in Sydney, Australia.
The designer was wearing the "Traffic" studded ankle boots from Penny Loves Kenny ($99, from the fall 2010 collection).
