Nicole at Beyond Shelter Inspiration Awards Celebration

Nicole Richie and her fiance, Joel Madden, attended the Beyond Shelter Inspiration Awards Celebration held at Paramount Studios on April 29, in Los Angeles, California.
She wore a black jacket from her Winter Kate fall 2010 collection.
