Nicole Richie was photographed with her boyfriend Joel Madden out in Malibu, on January 31.
The fashionista was wearing a Winter Kate "Grace" tunic in Mackenzie, Ray Ban aviator sunglasses, Candela NYC booties and her favourite Balenciaga bag.
