Nicole at The Art of Elysium's 3rd Annual Black Tie Charity Gala "Heaven"

Nicole Richie attended The Art of Elysium's 3rd Annual Black Tie Charity Gala "Heaven" on January 16, in Beverly Hills, California.
On this occasion Miss Richie wore a beautiful maxi dress from Etro's spring 2010 spring collection.
Christian Louboutin "Very prive" peep toe pumps, a red clutch and jewelry completed the look.
I love the dress, she is the perfect person to wear it, and the chocolate brown hair colour is divine on her.
