Nicole at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas
Nicole Richie at "Good Charlotte Good Morning Revival" at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in Las Vegas, on July 5. Her outfit looks nice, I like the green dress and rhinestone belt on her head. I'd love to see some HQ pics.
